ARBAN Governance

The General Board-GB of ARBAN consisted of 31 members of whom 14 members are women meets every year in the Annual General Meeting-AGM to formulate policy, principle, guidelines & strategic directions for the organization. The GB also adopts & approves projects, plan of actions, budgets & audit reports.

The GB elects a 7 member Executive Committee-EC of ARBAN for 2 (two) years in its AGM in order to see, overview & monitor the ongoing project implementation. The EC is accountable to the GB for its activities.
3.
The EC appoints the Chief Executive-CE of the organization to implement its projects as per policy guidelines of ARBAN by appointing or hiring staff members, consultants or advisers at different levels adhering to the participatory democratic values. The Chief Executive is responsible & accountable to the EC.
