ARBAN Management
Management Team
ARBAN has a Management Team-MT consisting of the programme/project chiefs and senior level staff members to implement, monitor & assess the implementation of all programmes & projects. They assist the coordinator in executing programmes/projects on the basis of the decisions taken by the EC. Moreover, monthly meeting takes place on 11 of each month at the head office to assess, review & evaluate the performance of the past month activities and to plan actions for the current month. This monthly meeting is participated by the members of MT and senior staff members of ARBAN. Moreover, in order to assess the performances of staff members at the grassroots & evaluate the implementation of activities, weekly and monthly meetings are held at projects/programmes offices at unit level regularly where all staff members of that unit/programmes/projects offices attend.
Training Team
The training team of ARBAN consists of 7 members (4 men & 3 women) taken from senior and mid level management team, is responsible for staff development of ARBAN & building capacity & competence of the poor & the powerless people in the rural & urban areas of Bangladesh to run and lead their organizations. The training team is assisted by training advisory council consisted of the most experienced, skilled and learned training specialists of Bangladesh.
Monitoring & Evaluation Team
In order to conduct internal monitoring & evaluation of the activities of ARBAN, a Monitoring and Evaluation Team-MET has been constituted consisting of 5 members of whom one is male.
